“Nurture” Fourth Trimester Recovery Package

6 one-hour sessions $900 or 10 one-hour sessions $1,500

Heal, restore, and reconnect with your body with a treatment plan that can include pelvic floor rehab, diastasis recti assessment, scar mobilization, therapeutic & relaxation massage, core restoration, babywearing education, return-to-fitness planning and infant milestone consultation.

“Flourish” Perimenopause & Menopause Wellness Package

6 one-hour sessions $900

Thrive through hormonal changes with strength and confidence with a treatment plan that can include pelvic floor evaluation, therapeutic & relaxation massage, manual therapy, bladder and bowel wellness and strength and mobility training.

**The cost for as-available single sessions is $150 per session.
