Perinatal Personal Training
Taking care of the ever-changing body of a mother. Care plan is developed and reevaluated every 3 months.
What We Offer:
Bodyweight strength training – targets large muscle groups using minimal exercise equipment. May involve lunges, push-ups, squats, and other calisthenic movements that use the resistance of bodyweight and gravity to improve mobility and strength.
Flexibility training – focuses on increasing and maintaining mobility and range of motion in the muscles of the neck, core, extremities, and phalanges. Includes assisted and self-initiated stretching and myofascial release techniques.
Pelvic and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Training – targets the function of core and pelvic muscles to combat common effects of diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, misalignments and weak and/or tight muscles of the region.
