Mindful Movement Therapy

We offer movement practices that challenges the body both mentally and physically. We provide guided movement practices that are both invigorating and calming. We use movement, props, meditation and breathwork to meet the needs of our clients in the moment.

What We Offer:

Mindfulness Coach – the use of meditation, affirmations, and journaling to attain a better quality of life.

Mindful Flow – includes a fluid flow of movement and postures that integrate with the body’s natural inhale and exhale of breath.

Restorative Flow – the use of props to support the body in positions of rest. Designed to slow the body down physically and mentally.

Slow Flow – a practice used to facilitate gentle release of deep connective tissue. The body is guided to hold a series of individualized therapeutic positions for 3-5 minutes.

Perinatal Flow – designed to facilitate care for a mother’s evolving needs both mentally and physically. Appropriate for all stages of natal care, including those trying to conceive.
