Our Story
Integrum Therapy Services was founded under the leadership of Dr. Rashan Dickinson. After years of serving numerous families and students, Dr. Dickinson took a break from her career to start a family. Through an eventful advanced maternal age pregnancy marked by common challenges experienced by women of all ages, she learned and experienced the complexity of the perinatal experience. Things became more eventful as the 2020 pandemic arose and she became a full-time stay at home mom. After experiencing pregnancy loss in 2022, she set out to birth Integrum Therapy Services, a company focused on the complete wellness of the family unit and the education of those that serve families.
Dr. Rashan Dickinson began her studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 2000. She furthered her studies at Belmont University, earning a Doctorate degree in occupational therapy in 2004. Since then, she has worked with clients of all ages in a variety of settings including home health, schools, inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Dickinson also has over 8 years of experience teaching occupational therapy coursework in postsecondary settings; five of those years as a program director. In 2017, she became a certified yoga instructor and two years later, in 2019, furthered her wellness education journey by earning a personal training certificate through National Academy of Sports Medicine and became a licensed massage therapist. In 2022, she added to her skillset nutrition, becoming a certified nutrition coach. Dr. Dickinson offers individualized services using her extensive education to serve all clients in a holistic manner.
Dr. Dickinson has a passion for educating future practitioners and thus, offers tutoring and mentoring services to massage therapy and occupational therapy students and graduates preparing for their respective national exams. Because of her years in education and her own personal education pursuits, she understands the complexity of preparing for national board exams and completing the required coursework. Under her leadership as a past program director and experience as a tutor, she has aided numerous graduates in successfully passing national exams.
Dr. Dickinson enjoys working with people of all ages to accomplish their life goals whether educational, mental, or physical. In her spare time, she loves reading and exercising.
